HOW OUR CAMPS WORK

Our community camps that we run SWANAGE, INSPIRE, WATLINGTON.

we try to keep the cost to minimum we dont draw any wages for these we just cover the cost of the site fees the food and the gas and our insurance .

if you were to come on one of our camps

your tent would be already erected for you we provide basic self inflating mats about 1cm thick all you have got to do is bring your sleeping bag or duvat.

tea and coffee is availble all the time and is included in the price we have a table with a cooker on with 2 kettles outside the cook tent just help your self.

we do all the cooking in our dedicated cook tent we also have a dinning shelter with table and chairs .

breakfast is served at 0800 a full english or porrage or ceirals.

after breakfast we put out the lunch food you make up your own lunch from the bread chesse ham fruit veg ect we have sandwich bags for you to put it in .

then its washing up EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO TAKE TURNS AT HELPING WITH THE WASHING UP.

by about 10 washing up and other jobs are done everyone goes of to do what ever the have decied to do for the day. we usually find people talk over breakfast what there plans are and some team up for the day.

evening dinner i am to do dinner for between 6pm -630pm dinner is a 2 course sitting with a main and dessert . please bring your own wine/ beer ect [please note we do not tolerate drunken or rowdy behavior ]

after dinner there is the washing up to do at the same time we get the fire going and make hot chocolate for the kids and adults if they want it we also try to do a story around the fir for the younger children.

some people wonder back off to the beech or into town after dinner
